Stammering for a foothold…Friday / November 7, 2014 #SchwervonPoetry

IMG_4326.JPG
What would you do
If you were stuck
Staring at the ass
of a truck All day?

Snot factory
Don’t forget
Life is filled with wonder and joy

Jerking off is only
Toxic when it’s in public

You told me if I drank this
I would remember my dreams
But you lied.

Stammering for a foothold

The world rewards those
who enter it

We are cars on the highway

All I ever wanted was
The best of both worlds

Twenty five years is a long time
For the reincarnation cycle of a fly

The problem with an open door
Is that you don’t get to pick
Your visitors

Twenty five years is
barely
Enough time
For a single breath to exhale

Everywhere you look
You can choose to see teeth
If that is what you need

I am okay with that

There are teeth in
In the wheels
There are teeth
In smiles.

Car monkey sandwich hats…Thursday / November 6, 2014 #SchwervonPoetry

Let’s hear it for the students
The future is theirs
The past is their’s
They walk in green fields
They step on dogs
And squeeze their shits out
They walk through it

Let’s here it for the nut jobs
The present is theirs
Never letting go
Of the child inside
The happy sadness
The neck microphones
The plants and the hair

Lightening hits you in the face
It leaves a mark
I wake and kiss your teeth

Last night I dreamed
Everyone I spoke to
Was trying to get me
To say the word: “Why?”
 I didn’t get it.
I left feeling confused and embarrassed

Wilst du tanzen?
Warum?
Warum nicht?

Take a look in the bathroom mirror.
Will today be the last shave?

It’s not hard to see why
People once thought
The clouds were heaven.

It’s not hard to see the power
In bears.
But a duck is an extraordinary
Thing
Car monkey sandwich hats
Pillow socks with electric smiles
Trees tha cry
and the rocks who love them

All the impossible things
we can imagine.
Just before breakfast

It’s beautiful
You are beautiful.

Show me the secrets of chocolate… Wednesday / November 5, 2014 #SchwervonPoetry

IMG_4307.JPG
Sparks flash on
Cold stone
Wallhalla take me to the Mountian
Show me why the cars go
Where the rivers flow
Show me the secrets of chocolate
The fear of fat

Heisse Shakolade mit Sahne

The hot jacket of fear
It kills the germs
It makes the toast

Like burnt plastic toys
We are naked
But we are not afraid

The church is still good for sex
The bar is a place to throw darts

The turn begins.
When sleeping is not a short death
It is fuel for magic
We sleep and grow
Sleep is a vaccination for death

Living is the cure for death
I like to
Do it every day

Wipe the bullshit out of your eyes
Make it your occupation

Wash your hands
Open you mouth
Take a deep breath
And say
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Ahhh
