MMM Tribute show in NYC @ The Sidewalk Cafe, Aug. 4th

Hey Folks. Matt here. I’m heading back to NYC on Thursday for a week. The main reason is to take part in this amazing tribute show that our pal David  (Boog City Press) is having for the 15 year anniversary of my album: Me Me Me. This is also part of a much bigger festival he’s having to help celebrate 22 years of Boog City. Needless to say this kind of thing doesn’t happen to me every day and I’m very excited about it. Some good friends will be covering the songs off the album and then I”m going to play the, very rarely performed, last track: Plutonium and then a handful of some of my more recently authored tunes. So, I think it’s going to be a pretty compelling evening. I just might lose my shit. You’re not gonna wanna miss that. Regardless, if you’re in or around the NYC area this Sunday I’d love to see your smiling faces there.

Here are the details.

The Raincoats – Off Duty Trip

Working up a cover of this Raincoats tune for a B-side of of a single we’re doing. If anyone has a good lead on a place to find some accurate printed lyrics for this song (Off Duty Trip) please let us know. I think we’ve got ’em for the most part but a couple are a little tricky. Thanks!
