Trying to live our days like  Warm cups of light… Wednesday / December 10, 2014 #SchwervonPoetry

Corninit?
I hardly know her

Places to see
Places to see

Faces and names to smear
And forget and remember
And love

Jackson Pollock Pancake
A wood burning electric
Solar gas lamp

Walt Whitman frittata
The spears of life
Pass through us
Like cigar shaped highway signs

Sweet and sour sugar

Stop talking so fast
Stop thinking so fast
Stop reacting so fast
It’s not going to get you
The job any faster

Sad plants in the window
The wizard of Chinese chicken
Is there a star for every
Grain of rice

Is there a word
For every step?
A letter for every breath?

Stop talking so much
No one is judging
Mor than anyone else

Liquid silver
flowing from every
Oriface

Pressure is just a jar
A hat on the table
A fantasy with eyes
Eyes making love with you

Trying to live our days like
Warm cups of light

One green bean at a time
Weirdo after weirdo
After wired tired
tire iron
iron on
These Pants don’t quit

Living doll
Fuck
Are we
On a bed of macaroons?
Drowning in life sauce

We never fucking die
We live in jelly
The wind is
Just our wings flapping
Blowing our hair dry
Each new morning

Finding What we are meant to lose… Tuesday / December 9, 2014 #SchwervonPoetry

IMG_4651.JPG
Mud covered gloves
Fat boy slim man

Teaching our children
Not to be ashamed
Of their pet angels

Attention attention
A blue umbrella
In a black boot

Pictures on the door
Clocks in the kitchen
I am living someone else’s life
And it’s fun
I know It’s not forever

In piles
and Out piles
To do’s
and dones

Folded napkins
Crumbs on a chair

Heart shaped sunglasses
Leopard print socks
Gun toting action figure
Gingerbread Christmas tree ornament

A monkey in a tie
Serving you a banana
On a plate

Frozen nothing
Bullshit fucking tolls
Fussing with the data charts
I’m finding it hard
To believe we’re in heaven

There are bearded men
And nice ladies
On all sides
What do they want for me
What do I want from them

Companionship
A purpose
A lie
A lie
down

Sometimes we say the opposite
Of what we mean
We think it helps the boredom
It doesn’t

Rats under cars
Placing things
Under the radar

Finding What we are meant to lose
Walking that path

Tasting something different
In that same mud.

I would love some tea
Thank you

Human connection?
Don’t mind if I do.
With a side of love.
Why not.
It’s a Tuesday.

Unlock the power that is Being stupid  But do not worship  At his alter… Sunday / December 7, 2014 #SchwervonPoetry

Wreck your frozen body
Fuck the waffles
Too much seasoning
In the tofu

Appreciate those
that come before you
Unlock the power that is
Being stupid
But do not worship
At his alter

Dudes in halter tops
Dogs with balls in their throats
Women being women
Paradise is hard

Trumpets on top of Christmas trees
Scaling Mental alps
Sliding down the banister
Endless pools of alcohol

Vapor life
Vapor mind
Vapor news
Vapor children
Vapor choke holds

UFO homework
Rebel girl
Many lives in these walls
Rebel Girl
Not mine
Rebel girl
All mine
You are the queen if my world

There are many ways to come home.
Sad hotels by the highway

Forget the names of things.
We bake memories
We eat dream whip

We Butter the days
We Use your legs
Like a cricket
Faster and faster
We Sing with our legs

Listen to the ground beneath
Drink life through a straw.

We are talking through glass
Through air
We are texting through glass
Layers and layers of glass
Small thin air
We are breathing glass

We must hold each other
through the window
We must press our hands against it
Hold each other down
And love all that we can
